When exchanging an order, the new socks will not be shipped until we receive the original order. If you are needing a replacement quicker, we recommend returning your current item and placing a new order for the desired item.
Please ensure that socks are returned in their original condition—unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that have been damaged, soiled, or washed are not eligible for a refund.
Additionally, custom-ordered socks cannot be returned.
