While the portal does not have a direct option for exchanges, you can still proceed by following these steps:

1. Complete the return process and include a note in your package specifying that you want an exchange and indicating which socks you would like to receive.

If you need the replacements sooner and cannot wait for the return process, we offer an alternative solution:

1. Process the return as an exchange to receive the return label.
2. Place a new order for the correct size socks.
3. Include the new order number in the return package and request a refund to your card. No Return label fee will be charged when there is a new order placed.

This way, you can benefit from the free exchange and receive your new socks promptly. Please remember to specify in the return package that a new order was placed. If there is no note, the default is to charge a return label fee.
